Dr. Alka Nair is AMAZING! She’s the BEST primary care doctor I’ve ever seen! I’m so grateful for her! I’ve been seeing her since my early 30’s and this past August, I turned 41 years old. She’s compassionate, caring, professional, knowledgeable, and takes her time with you. She’s thorough and pays close attention to detail. Two years ago, my husband was diagnosed with multiple myeloma (a blood cancer) and I knew he needed the best primary care physician so, I had him switch from his PCP to Dr. Nair and she’s been taken by great care of him too! Thank you Dr. Nair! 🙏🏻❤️✝️

Dr. Nair is the best Doctor that I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, personable & compassionate. And most of all she listens to my concerns. I feel so comfortable with her & the staff at her office!

Dr Nair and staff, 10 out of 5 stars if that were possible! Dr. Nair is very thorough, she listens to her patient and answers all the questions you may have. She offers solutions and takes the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. She has been wonderful in managing my many chronic & co-morbid conditions. It’s complicated, but clearly I can tell she understands. The fact that she gets me and is knowledgeable on the many conditions I happen to suffer from ((even some of my very rare diseases / diagnoses)) is something I haven’t come across in a primary dr for years!! I am fairly new to the practice but I am here to stay. I know I will be taken good care of while being a patient of hers. It’s a huge bonus too, that her office is run so well. Joan and everyone else I have met have been very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Nair to anyone seeking a fabulous primary doctor. You will want to thank me if you decide to start treatments under their care. I’m very happy I found her and can rest assured my healthcare is in great hands finally!! I’m an elderly male patient and Dr. Nair was referred by my prior doc. Being somewhat skeptical having never had a female doc, I didn’t quite know what to expect. Her skill and interpersonal skills are first rate. She make me feel comfortable about personal issues and is very professional.

When you get to a certain age – you finally understand that all doctors aren’t the same. The cherish ones…. see you, listen to you and actually want you to feel better. Doctor Alka Nair is one of those cherished docs in the Sarasota scene. She takes her time, she reads your labs and medical history, with the intensity of someone cramming for an important test. Dr. Alka Nair is the best doctor I have ever had in my almost 70 years! I am so fortunate to have her as my doctor. Before going to Dr. Nair my health was failing , I had high blood pressure, kidney failure and was in terrible shape. She has totally turned my health around and I am feeling like a vibrant young woman. Dr. Nair is knowledgeable, and always responds to all my health needs even when on vacation. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is a gifted doctor who has empathy and dedication. I strongly recommend this brilliant gifted doctor!

Dr. Nair is thorough, kind, compassionate and definitely gave me her undivided attention during my appointment. I am so happy to have Dr. Nair looking out for my health. Her staff is very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her as your physician of choice.

I have known Dr. Nair for years and can’t say enough positive things about her. I knew the first time I met her she was the doctor I had been looking for. Working full time, taking care of a failing mom, and my 4 year old grandson I was overwhelmed. As soon as she walked in the room, she saw my tears and walked right over and gave me a hug. That hug told me a lot about the doctor in the room. Our daughter, also, sees Dr.Nair and loves her. During a visit to her cardiologist, he remarked that he rarely got such detailed reports on patients from their primary care doctors. Way to go Dr. Nair! Dr. Nair is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. It is obvious she loves her job and the people who put their trust in her.

Dr Nair is an excellent doctor. She is smart, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and a very professional physician. I am always impressed with her ability to diagnose and treat me. I feel that Dr Nair is such an asset to Millenium Group. She’s a 5 star doctor!

We LOVE Dr Nair as well as her nurse Joan!! My whole family has been cared by Dr Nair since 2020 and would never seek other primary care physician again - because she is that awesome!!! We are extremely blessed to have known Dr Nair, a doctor who is kind, compassionate, empathetic, thoughtful, and extremely acknowledgeable. Dr Nair is a beautiful person inside and out. We LOVE her!
